Peter James Homes build exclusive developments across the East Midlands. Known for quality family homes in leafy locations, Riverside marks a departure from their usual remit. Located next to the River Trent in cosmopolitan West Bridgford, Riverside boasts 34 luxury apartments that are perfect for professionals, couples and downsizers.
Myself and my team have branded every one of our client's developments to date, and I was excited to take a new creative direction with Riverside. My creative solution shares the understated luxury and calm enjoyed by all of our client's sub-brands, but integrates an urban twist for appeal to both young professionals, and retirees with active social lives.
The branding and its monumental rollout were a triumphant success, with many apartment reservations secured at a very early stage in the marketing rollout.
