How I work
Here are my answers to the most frequently asked questions. Because every project is unique and I work flexibly, contact me with any queries that are specific to your needs and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!
What do you design?
To avoid a very long scroll: everything! Everything that needs to communicate through text and image; from a humble logo to a global marketing campaign. My skills reach beyond graphic design to include conceptual thinking, brand strategy, copywriting and illustration, which means that for many projects, I'm a one-stop shop (how flattering!).
If a job requires an additional specialism, I have a lovely bunch of talented partners ready to help. If it feels like I'm not the right person for your project, I will happily recommend someone who is.

Who do you work with?
As my main focus, I provide support as a freelance senior graphic designer to creative agencies and other freelancers. Having worked as a graphic designer and art director in busy agencies for 20+ years, I know the stress of workflow management and I want to be the go-to when the going gets tough: keeping studios calm, ideas flowing, projects moving and clients happy!
I also love getting stuck in with brands and in-house teams, and am more than happy to work directly with clients.
I'm here for every design project: big, small, long, short, formal or quirky.

How do you manage projects?
We'll begin by discussing your project in detail and firming up the brief – clarifying what you need, any assets or guidelines I should use, your budget, and timescales for completion. From this I'll send you a tailored quote and timeline for approval, and then we can get creative!
My design process is always collaborative and I'll keep in regular contact with you throughout the concept, refinement and final artwork stages.
Once we've hit peak satisfaction, I'll create and supply final assets to you in whatever formats you require.
What do you charge?
This depends on the type and scope of the project, so please get in touch for a tailored quote. My rates are competitive for my experience level and I'm happy to flex to your needs – quoting by hourly rate, day rate, project or retainer.
